My whole life I’ve had a deep desire for freedom. In my earlier years this manifested as utter rebellion- my quest for freedom was in relation to the forces outside of me. Through the years as I’ve deepened into myself, the quest for freedom has become more of an inside job.

To me freedom is facing the fact that I can’t really control what happens outside of me but I can take ownership over my inner experience. I can deepen my self-understanding, and cultivate the courage, safety and inner love needed to express myself authentically.

Life is not an easy trip - it’s a wild ride and unique path for each of us. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to Living, there are a million ways up the mountain. I love that we can inspire each other as we model and reflect for one another what’s possible along the way.

Whether we want to call it healing, growth, change, expansion, maturation, transformation, evolution or something else…I love bearing witness to my own growth and the growth of others. We really are all in this together.

I have been shown so much kindness through the years, and have had the blessing of so many teachers and guides in many forms. I am infinitely grateful for all of the love and all the lessons. I hope to share some of this kindness and inspiration with you.
